What We're up to

Major Responsibilities and Duties

Principal Data Engineer will help design and engineer robust, scalable application software architecture for use with the mobile application, as well as help deploy and maintain our application infrastructure to optimize operational efficiency. He or she will be responsible for architecting massive reservoirs for big data and ensuring that our data pipeline provides clean organized, aggregated data into databases for use by Data Scientists within the application in order to provide relevant data and personal financial insights to our customers. Principal Data Engineer will be required to develop, construct, test and maintain architectures, such as databases and large-scale data processing systems and perform Extracting, Transforming and Loading (ETL) of very large datasets from multiple sources using tools such as Hadoop or Hive. This data will then be mined and analyzed by our Data Scientists to create custom insights delivered to our customers within the closed loop Clarity App. Principal Data Engineer will also utilize the ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions.

Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an accomplished marketer who can hit the ground running, designing and executing marketing programs to promote Clarity’s growth and market presence.

You’ll shape our brand, Clarity’s public image, design specific marketing programs, determine in which marketing channels and at which events we should have a presence and define what that presence should be. Understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, consumer needs, and craft the messaging and marketing initiatives that will best position Clarity for growth.

This will require creativity and extreme focus on flawless execution, as well as collaboration across all stakeholders, including product, content, growth, and business development. You will also work with our external PR and advertising agencies. Manage associated marketing budget.

You will report into our CMO and work within a team environment focused heavily on results.

Responsibilities:

The Social Media Manager is part of Clarity Money's Marketing team.

As our Social Media Manager you will be responsible for the creation, execution and oversight of Clarity Money national and local social media strategies. Additionally, this person will be responsible for working with marketing and PR/communications to help oversee the company's reputation management.

As a key member of our team, this person will be running programs across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snap and other social media channels to elevate Clarity Money brand and overall visibility to external audiences and influencers. Additionally, this person will engage via social to support on customer service type inquiries and other commonly asked questions.

Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for an accomplished product owner who has a passion for personal finance, is skilled at clearly defining and prioritizing features on the product roadmap, and excels at partnering with key stakeholders - from design to customer success to development - to bring new features to life. You should also be obsessed with user experience, including soliciting and analyzing user feedback with an eye towards making the product intuitive and delightful.

You will be focused on owning several feature vertical within the product, as well as mining the competitive landscape and industry trends to determine prioritization and sequencing of features and enhancements on the product roadmap.

You should be proficient in the personal financial landscape (e.g. credit cards, credit score, loans, and investing) and have a working knowledge of tools for attribution, engagement and analytics across iOS, Android and web platforms.

You will be responsible for successful end-to-end execution of the features you champion, including ideation, working with the design team on UI/UX, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and assisting with overall project coordination.

You will report into our VP of Product.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of specified feature verticals within the product (e.g. Investing, Credit, Spending, Savings)
